How often should I wash my LoVibes earbuds?
After each use, with soap and cold water.
Do the LoVibes earbuds fit every ear size?
LoVibes H1 and LoVibes S1 are ergonomically designed to fit all adult ear canals. In the unlikely event they do not fit, we will issue a full refund as per our refund policy.
Do LoVibes have a return policy?
At LoVibes we are confident our products are of extremely good quality. However, if you are not satisfied, we guarantee full refund of the earbuds and protective cases upon reception of the returned goods within 30 days of purchase.
How do I get a refund?
Simply return us the goods at the address provided in the original package within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund of the earbuds and/or protective cases you as soon as we receive them.
